This Agreement governs your relationship with RiskShield Global Limited (a company registered under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, with its registered office at OMC Chambers, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), and your use of the Operator's Services.

Description of Services

The Operator provides users with the following services through the Platform:

• Renting blockchain resources (such as energy and/or bandwidth) on supported networks
• Interacting with the Services via the website, API, and integrations

Eligibility Requirements

The following restrictions and conditions apply to your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Platform
• You must not use the Platform for any illegal activities
• The Services are not offered to, nor may they be used by, citizens or residents of the United States of America ("United States")

Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk, and all risks concerning the quality and performance of the Platform rest with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise required by law, the Operator, our directors, members, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
