THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH RISKSHIELD GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in accordance with legislation of British Virgin Islands with its registered office at OMC Chambers, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (hereinafter referred to as "Operator"), and your use of the Operator's Services.

Description of Services

The Operator provides the User with access to the following Services through the Platform:

• Rent blockchain resources (such as energy and/or Bandwidth) on supported networks
• Interact with the Services via the website, APIs, and integrations

Eligible Users

The following restrictions and conditions apply to Your use of the Platform:

• You shall not use the Platform unless you are at least 18 years of age and fully capable of using the Platform
• You shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity
• The Services are not offered to, and may not be used by, any person who is a citizen or resident of the United States of America

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT ALL RISK AS TO THE SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PLATFORM RESTS WITH YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPERATOR'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
